These Automotive Time Sheets (also referred to as a Flag Sheet, Time Stub or Flat Rate Sticker) are used mostly by import car dealerships in the service department or by repair shops. They have a hard copy on the bottom (part 3), pink in the middle (part 2) and a pressure sensitive gummed white on the top (part 1).
